Dish PVR 501/508
DishPVR 501s and 508s use advanced digital television recording and playback technology to let viewers choose how they will watch television,

the phone rings. Featuring 40 or 80 GB hard-drives, DishPVRs can record hours of your favorite programming, from sit-coms to sports to news and
even pay-per-view movies, for you to enjoy at any time, when it is convenient for you.
When you sign up for Digital Home Plan, you can upgrade your primary receiver to a DishPVR 501/508 for only $50 (total activation of $99.99).

Dish PVR 721 (dual tuner dish PVR)
The DishPVR 721 is two-tuner, integrated personal video recorder (PVR) satellite receiver that comes with all of the standard digital recording
features and playback functions. DishPVR 721 features a 120 GB hard-drive that can record up to 90 hours of your favorite programming. And the
DishPVR 721 also comes standard with two-tuners, allowing you to record two television programs at the same time, watch a recorded program while
viewing live TV, or view Picture-in-Picture programming on any TV with no special hook-up required.
PVR - Personal Video Recorder by DIRECTV
PVR is offered by DIRECTV. A Personal Video Recorder (PVR) is an integrated satellite tv receiver that features digital video recorder
functions that give you the ability to record and control TV programming in a way you never could before. This incredible technology combines
DIRECTV® DVR with Tivo® service with DIRECTV programming to let you easily control and personalize the way you watch TV.
The DIRECTV DVR offers up to 35 hours of digital recording without videotape, allowing you to automatically record every episode of your
favorite shows every time they're on! You can record two shows at once* and even pause live TV, rewind, watch in slow motion, and create
instant replays.
The DIRECTV DVR is available for approximately $200. You'll find the DIRECTV DVR under the Hughes Network Systems manufacturer name.
The subscription fee for DIRECTV DVR with TiVo service is $4.99 per month. TOTAL CHOICE PREMIER customers will receive the DIRECTV DVR
with TiVo service free of charge as long as they maintain their subscription to the TOTAL CHOICE PREMIER package. If they downgrade to a
package other than TOTAL CHOICE PREMIER, a $4.99 monthly fee will apply. Each additional DIRECTV DVR unit is $4.99 per month for each
additional receiver. If you subscribe to the TOTAL CHOICE PREMIER package, your DIRECTV DVR with TiVo service is free, no matter how
many receivers you have.
*For full functionality, the receiver requires connection of two satellite inputs from a dual LNB DIRECTV System dish antenna and
continuous connection to land-based phone line.
